OMAR S
Born and raised in Detroit, an automotive worker. His catalogue goes on and on, however he started his label back in 2001 and no one cared. Then Oasis One happened and he became noticed. Fabric 45 happened and he stormed the European scene. His music has reached people all over the world. Mysterious by nature, you won?t get many answers from him. You can tell where he has been by listening to his many releases. You will never guess where he is going from here. His catalogue definitely speaks for itself, no matter ...
SLUGABED

BLUE DAISY
releases on: Black Acre based out of: London, UK "Imagine yourself in a box, a normal four-by-four box, and you’re sitting in there, and you’ve got little holes to breathe….and different atmospheres are coming in- you’ve got the cold air coming in, the hot air coming in, and it overwhelms you. You pass out and wake up again in the same box, but that box becomes a new world. So now, where you’re sitting, it’s not a box anymore, the box becomes what you want it to be- it becomes your world. And that’s what I try to do with my music; ...
Jim Bizzocchi
Artist: Jim Bizzocchi Project: Winterscape / Cycle Cycle and Winterscape Bizzocchi's ambient videos are visual poems - meditations on the nature of landscape, time, season, and change. They were shot in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, and reflect the dynamic relationships between mountains, water and sky. Aesthetically, they are situated in an intermedia zone, drawing equally on the traditions of cinema, video, painting and photography. As such, they repudiate standard cinematic conventions. These works abandon the standard form of the visual cut - and instead embrace transition and metamorphosis. Filmic time and space are treated as plastic - deconstructed, fragmented, and then recombined within ...
